Sicon was established in 1997 and has been growing steadily in the building industry, driven by two working directors, Eng. Koshy Thomas and Eng. Thomas Baby, who collectively have more than 30 years of work experience in the field of construction and building in UAE. We continue a commitment to excellence by striving for quality in every job regardless of size, budget or time line. In 2013 Zicon Building Contracting Co., Dubai was established as a sister concern to Sicon Building Contracting Co. We still maintain the same foundation of integrity, trust and mutual respect that has enabled us to complete more than 200 projects since 1997.
