1. Construction of G+2 structure using pre-cast elements

> Advantages: Pre-stressed hollow core slabs are used for large spans without intermediate beams or deep slab sections. Since the elements are cast in factory conditions, the individual strength of each element is far higher than conventional insitu construction. Using pre-cast elements need high level of accuracy normally +0 and -2mm. High level of safety and co-ordination is also necessary since each element is very heavy (in tons) and handling also needs special considerations.

> Every stage of pre-cast construction has to be managed and supervised by professionally qualified and experienced engineers.

2. Airport Runway Approach Light foundations

This work includes design review and construction of concrete pad with the provision of ducts and chambers for cable entry and stainless steel foundation bolts to and accuracy +/- 1mm. We’ve completed all light foundations including de-lethalisation for both ends of Sharjah International Airport runway within the prescribed time limit.

3. Ducting and cabling with inspection chambers

The work includes trenching and providing gateway ducting for 1.5Kms with inspection chamber for airfield lighting. Excavating near the edge of runway and providing Class 6’ electrical conduits. Precast and place inspection chambers of size 1m x 1m x 1m and at every junctions. All chamber covers are F900 Class, Cement fill ductile iron.

4. Engine store for Air Arabia

Work includes 6m wide 5m high automatic rolling shutter and store room for aircraft engine. The whole design of areas and opening were prepared by Sicon and successfully completed in time.

5. EPPCO fuel station, Fujairah

This project is EPC type for the construction of APC facility in existing EPPCO filling station. The scope of the contract covers construction of proposed Shops, FSU, MSF, relocation of fuel facility etc and appointment of consultant for the execution of entire project including preparation of drawings, approval from client and government authorities, supervision of works during execution etc. on a design and build basis.

> Construction of auxiliary profit centres such as MC Donalds, KFC, Subway etc. Fix and commission MIC cables for fuel pumps.
> Upgrade transformer and commission with new MDB.

6. ENOC fuel station, Fujairah

This project is EPC type for the construction of APC facility in existing EPPCO filling station. The scope of the contract covers construction of proposed Shops, FSU, MSF, relocation of fuel facility etc and appointment of consultant for the execution of entire project including preparation of drawings, approval from client and government authorities, supervision of works during execution etc. on a design and build basis.

> Construction of auxiliary profit centres such as Burger King, Pappa Johns etc. Provide, fix and commission water supply, electric supply and fire alarm facilities for the whole complex.
> Upgrade transformer and commission with new MDB.

7. EPPCO Tasjeel facility, Dubai

Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) type of project for the construction of Tasjeel facility in existing ENOC/EPPCO filling station. The scope of the contract covers construction of Proposed Registration Office and Light Vehicle Testing bay (LVT bay) and appointment of consultant for the execution of entire project including preparation of drawings, approvals from client and government authorities, supervision of work during execution etc. on Design and Build basis.

> Construct and commission Tasjeel vehicle testing bay and office block with all services as per RTA.
